Kurt Nottbohm - Expert on Business Project Development
Kurt Nottbohm brings to the Business Link Kenya team his wide substantial experience in developing, negotiating projects. He has a passion for helping entrepreneurs with a special place in his heart for Kenya. Kurt has been training young people - men and women - over more than 25 years to date and has personally trained and coached more than 250 upcoming young commercial, engineering and legal people to develop into project management and change management, office services, documentation and negotiation, arbitration, business mediation. He has a special knowledge of marketing and sales of industrial goods and helped successfully to build up sales organisations via franchise models and network marketing including the popular Pizza Hut Chain, Pepsi Cola, Fast food Pizzerias, etc.
Kurt Nottbohm has worked as a business man, former attorney at Law, General Counsel of a big independent power company, business mediator, arbitrator, coach, consultant and project manager with franchise and project financing included. He has a wide experience of national and international M & A projects. Kurt's expertise ranges from restructuring and preparing little and midsized companies to grow, to finance research and development, as well as helping businesses to find cooperation and/or joint venture partners or partners to merge with.
Kurt spent 18 years developing nanotechnology project Microparts Dortmund as well as working on several M & A projects in semiconductor industries - wet and dry processing in clean rooms etc. He has been involved in managing Real Estate Projects - Business parks e.g. Hellerhof Dusseldorf, Hotel and Allround Service Premises for older people Essen and was responsible for about 61.000 flats in Rhein-Ruhr-Area which were former houses of Coal Mining Companies.
